Our experience at Toyota West was that of pure satisfaction. We had been to a few different dealerships looking for a good deal on an FJ Cruiser. Negotiations were friendly, not contentious and in the end I feel we got a very fair deal. Lee in finance explained all the available programs from the dealer and dealership but at no time did we feel pressured to buy anything extra. He was also able to get us a great rate that beat our pre-qualified financing. All-in-all a very positive experience. More
