Will was so very nice and knowledgeable about the car i wanted, and he didn't pressure me like most salesmen at other places. This was our first visit to Toyota West. We did view the dealerships web site. Our Salesman was very friendly ,courtious and extremely knowlegeable about the vehicles. We did not feel presured which is extremely important to me.....they worked with us and gave us the best deal possible. When we left there we felt like we were important to them, like Customer Service used to be 30 years ago. My Husband and I have already discussed buying another vehicle from Toyota West in a few years... the true test will be the service we will receive over the next few years.... from what we have seen so far , Toyota West knows the true meaning of Customer Service, something I do not see much of in this day and age....... We were able to get a great price on our new Toyota Tundra, and Toyota West had the biggest selection of Tundras in Columbus. Wayne Williams was a great salesman. I only went to TOYOTA WEST, to test. Jeremy Frances stepped right in and was the best. I was a nervous wreck! He did his best to make me feel as ease . I knew it was what I needed.
