I would recommend this dealership, specifically Matt for his salesmanship. He was very patient with us, which means a lot since we were kind of a disaster. My car had died and we were not at all prepared his salesmanship. He was very patient with us, which means a lot since we were kind of a disaster. We came back 3 different days to test drive and re test drive, and he never once showed any annoyance at our reluctance to purchase anything. As for the dealership itself, I was impressed with how clean each of the cars were that we drove. We went to several other places and drove other cars that obviously were not detailed before putting out to sell. It's nice to feel like you are driving away in a new car, even if it isn't really new. The car we finally chose had a problem with the mirror, but Matt had the service department fix it and clean up the car before I picked it up. I was especially comforted by the fact that he gave me his cell number so I could contact him anytime, not just within his office hours. I even sent him an email on his scheduled day off, not expecting to hear back from him until the following day, but he emailed me back the same day. Overall, Matt and this dealership took a very stressful situation and tried their best to make it stress free and fun. I appreciate his patience and I feel they worked well with us to get the car we wanted inside of our budget. More
