Bart Zimmerman was our salesman when we bought our new Sienna. He was fantastic. Bart answered all of our questions and spent a long time explaining all of the features on the van. Bart was honest without being pushy and he made himself available to answer more questions when they came up. They gave us a great deal on our trade in and a fair price for the new Sienna. When we finally made our decision, Bart stayed late to help us close the deal. Was in previously with a friend who was working with Robert. When I returned to test drive a Venza, Robert was busy and Jeremy was more than happy to assist. He explained how the lease worked and explained that I would have the option to buy at the end of the lease. Awesome service! Robert then took introduced me to Dan, the financial person, who explained every form that I signed. I never felt pressured or rushed. By the time I was finished with Dan, Robert had already transferred my belongings from my old vehicle to my new Venza. He also explained many of the features of the vehicle. I would definitely recommend Toyota West. More

My wife and I shopped our Toyota of choice between three different dealers, making visits to each one. None of the dealers and dealerships impressed us like Bart Zimmerman and Toyota West. From his knowledge of the car we were buying, to getting us the best deal, to treating us with absolute respect throughout the entire process, it made buying the car from Bart the easiest decision we could've made. We've always had a negative experience buying cars, always feeling like we were pressured or that we couldn't trust the salesman or the dealership. But even as we walked away (TW was our first stop in the car buying process), there was never a moment of pressure. But Bart stayed in touch with me over the next couple of days, answering many of questions and doing some of the legwork for me and so when I was ready to buy the car, I called him up, and he had it ready and waiting for me before I got back to Toyota West.
