This was my first experience at Toyota West and my salesperson was Bart Zimmerman. All I can say is wow, what a fantastic salesperson. Bart Zimmerman was our salesman when we bought our new Sienna. He was fantastic. Bart answered all of our questions and spent a long time explaining all of the features on the van. Was in previously with a friend who was working with Robert. When I returned to test drive a Venza, Robert was busy and Jeremy was more than happy to assist. He explained how the lease worked and explained that I would have the option to buy at the end of the lease. Awesome service! Robert then took introduced me to Dan, the financial person, who explained every form that I signed. I never felt pressured or rushed. By the time I was finished with Dan, Robert had already transferred my belongings from my old vehicle to my new Venza. He also explained many of the features of the vehicle. I would definitely recommend Toyota West. More
