I had the pleasure of working with Jimmy Holland a couple weeks ago. My lease on my 2009 Corolla XLE was ending and I needed to decide whether I was going to purchase my vehicle or lease a new vehicle. J weeks ago. My lease on my 2009 Corolla XLE was ending and I needed to decide whether I was going to purchase my vehicle or lease a new vehicle. Jimmy determined what options were important to me in a new vehicle, let me drive the Scion TB (aka the buckeyemobile), and provided me the options for buying and leasing numerous new vehicles. Ultimately, I decided that I was going to lease a new vehicle and Jimmy was able to guide me through the process of doing so. It just so happened that my deal was reached on a Saturday evening and the financing department was somewhat backed up with other deals which were completed that day. As I waited my turn to speak with financing, Jimmy kindly offered, and ended up buying, me Subway from a nearby location. In addition, although the vehicle that Toyota West picked up for me did not exactly meet the specs of the new vehicle that I wanted, Toyota West corrected the problem within 4-5 days with a new vehicle meeting my desired specifications. I would recommend Jimmy for anyone in the market for a new vehicle - there was no pressure and he was helpful every step of the way. More

I have a very positive view of Toyota West, even moreso after reading reviews of other dealerships. Look, they don't give cars away at Toyota West any more than they do at any other dealership, but unlike after reading reviews of other dealerships. Look, they don't give cars away at Toyota West any more than they do at any other dealership, but unlike some other dealerships, Toyota West doesn't engage in double-dealing, false promises, or dishonest practices. Indeed, my experience with the negotiating process at Toyota West was entirely positive. While they negotiated skillfully, they were very straightforward and aboveboard at all times. They were respectful and cordial throughout, they kept the BS to a minimum, and they didn't play any ridiculous games. They didn't negotiate in bad faith -- in other words, when they agreed to something it stayed settled -- and they were as good as their word when they made promises. And neither the salesman nor the sales manager attempted to make me feel bad about pushing the negotiations as skillfully as I could (which in the bigger scheme of things, probably isn't very); they negotiated cordially throughout. I also really enjoyed getting to know Mr. Johnson a bit during the course of the afternoon. He did his job well and I will surely be back to buy a car from him in the future. Finally, after the sale, Terry has been very helpful in answering questions and following up. In sum, a great experience. More
