We had been searching a particular vehicle Tacoma and had previously visited Joseph Toyota in Dayton Oh the night before just a few miles from our home. We were not satisfied and would have just settled for the only Tacoma truck they had if they had been willing to take more than 200.00 off the sticker price. We were in the market to purchase not only one vehicle that night but 2 vehicles. We left unhappy not with the salesman but with the sales manager who was unwillingly to bargain if you may, a fair price. So when we left that dealership my wife and I stopped into the second choice dealership being a Ford, and purchased her a new 2011 Taurus. She was interested in an Avalon but after our experience wanted to purchase the Ford. I was dead set on my Tacoma truck. We called around to severaldealerships the next day and also out of state dealerships. We were able to locate what we wanted at Toyota West. The level of service we received from our salesman Bart Zimmerman and his sales manager Nick was sureal. We came to a fair price for the Tacoma and purchased it that night. To top it off our salesman even purchased us some great pizza for dinner. Kudos to the sales staff including the finance manager. A totally pleasant experience. More

Saw a used Highlander on their website and talked to Matt Harris who is the Used sales Internet manager via email. When I came to test drive Matt was easy to deal with. I have a sales background and know the tricks, but Matt didn't throw off any BS. I already knew what I wanted anyway. Had 2 other dealers to check out. At the end of the day, I decided on the car they had. I came back and sat down with Matt and worked out a price. There was some back and forth but we came to an agreement on price and I ended up financing through the dealership with Kemba, instead of the financing I already had lined up through my credit union. Lee Lehmann did my financing and he was also easy to deal with as well. He presented the add-ons without trying to pressure me. He was able to beat my bank's rate by 2 points which was already decent. It was a great car-buying experience. More

After filling out the simple online form, we received a friendly phone call from Terry Williams to set up an appointment to come in and take a look at the vehicle and take a test drive. I have to say that Terry Williams is one of, no THE most professional, honest, and friendly car salespersons I have ever encountered. Upon arriving at Toyota West, she was waiting on us with the G6 ready for a test drive. Needless to say, after the test drive we completely fell in love with the car. Terry honestly answered any questions or concerns we had concerning the car. After we decided it was the right vehicle for us, we were introduced to Cliff Curtis. Cliff handled the financing and fought for us to get a rate that we didn't think we would be able to get. We did have an issue with the washer fluid not working properly (turns out the nozzles were broken). Rather than saying that was our problem now or just throwing us to the service department, Terry helped us every step of the way as if it was her own vehicle and got the problem fixed very promptly. I can't express enough of how blown away we are with the service and care we received at Toyota West. I highly recommend to anyone that is in the market for a new or used vehicle to contact Terry Williams at Toyota West for probably the best car buying experience you could ask for. Got a great deal and everyone was extremely friendly. I was trading in a very unreliable van that was only 2 years old, thus I still owed quite a bit on it. WE GOT TO THE DEALERSHIP 45 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING. WE WERE SHOWN THE CARS THAT WERE WITHIN OUR PRICE RANGE AND WE DID NOT FEEL PRESSURED TO BUY SOMETHING WE WERE NOT INTERESTED IN LOOKING AT. JIMMY STAYE WERE SHOWN THE CARS THAT WERE WITHIN OUR PRICE RANGE AND WE DID NOT FEEL PRESSURED TO BUY SOMETHING WE WERE NOT INTERESTED IN LOOKING AT. JIMMY STAYED AND WORKED A COUPLE OF HOURS AFTER THE DEALERSHIP CLOSED SO WE WERE ABLE TO DRIVE OUT THAT NIGHT WITH OUR NEW VEHICLE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS.
