It was time for my Camry oil change and I also was going on a trip out of state and wanted to make sure everything was OK. When Felix had it gone over they saw the car needed brakes. I had the best experience ever buying a car at Toyota West in Columbus, Ohio. At a time when we all are feeling the sting of $4.00 per gallon for gasoline, everyone is scrambling for a hybrid vehicle an West in Columbus, Ohio. I had never before driven or even ridden in a hybrid car. After much thought and some research, I called Toyota West to see if there was a Prius that I could test drive. As luck would have it, I was referred to Jimmy Holland. Although he is a new car saleman and the only new Pruis in stock had just been sold hours earlier, he located a used Prius in stock that had gone unnoticed for a couple of weeks. I saw it and drove it and "fell in love" with it. It was just what I wanted, except it did not have heated leather seats. Jimmy said that they could upgrade the seats for me and I was sold. He has made the arrangements for Monday to have the upgrade done. Dan Grundemeyer was the finance agent who really worked to get me the loan to buy my Prius. I was a little concerned about it with having had a few late credit card payments over the last year but he came through with a payment that I could live with. I am so thrilled with the car and customer service that I received. Everyone was so friendly and professional. I look forward to dealing with Toyota West in the future. More

There are certain situations in life that no one ever really chooses to go through. I recently divorced my husband and found myself in a vehicle predicament. I brought my 2010 Toyota FJ (which I loved) to Toyota West to trade it in on a safe, gas efficient, used vehicle that I, as a newly single woman, could afford. Upon the recommendation of my brother and father I requested to deal with Chad Sothard. Chad’s patients with me and my father was outstanding. He displayed a level of sensitivity to my situation that went above and beyond. This could have very easily been an extremely stressful situation, however Chad removed the stress. I choose a 2008 Rav4 that I have now been driving for the past 2 months, and my 82lbs dog and I are more than pleased (my pocket book is not complaining either on all the money I am saving on gas.). Lee Lehman handled the financial end of things and his compassion and sensitivity for my situation was also very impressive. They even took the initiative to mail the necessary paperwork to my X-husband. This was my first vehicle purchase with Toyota West, and my father’s third (he purchased a new Venzia with the help of Chad the same day). My satisfaction rating was 100%. Felix was with another customer when I arrived, so another service technician started the paper work for him. It was nice to see people who don't have the "It's not my job" mentality.
