I have been looking for a new Toyota for a while and wasn't happy with my local dealer. I went to Columbus to visit some family for spring break and this dealership was highly reccommended. I was wond wasn't happy with my local dealer. I went to Columbus to visit some family for spring break and this dealership was highly reccommended. I was wondering the lot when Craig walked up and introduced himself. He was friendly and my kid liked him right away. I don't know what it is about most car salesmen but my daughter is always afraid of them. Craig let us pile into a couple different vehicles and then we went on a short test drive. We discussed features and benefits of the new models. He even told us how we could get the car even though we lived so far away. My wife was impressed with his casual demeanor and extensive knowledge of each model we looked at. I was really impressed with the prices offered at the dealership. I think they were about 5% less than those at my local dealer. Due to time constraints I was unable to purchase on this visit but I will be back as soon as school lets out for the summer. Maybe there will be a summer price drop but even if not I know I will look up Craig again for our next purchase! More

Needless to say I was very anxious, nervous, excited and kind of scared. I went to toyota west because of the good things I have heard from other buyers. I was greated very nicely when I pulled in and started looking at vehicles. I worked with a gentleman named Bart Zimmerman. He was extremely knowledgible and knew his information on the cars I was looking for. He made the buying experience easy and stress free. I was able to make a well informed decision and felt extremely comfortable in doing so. It was buy far the best sales experience I have ever had. I would recommend Bart and his co-workers at Toyota West to all of my family, friends, and co-workers. Thanks for a great experience and lasting memory of my first new car purchase. Well Done!! More

I had a wonderful experience working with the people at Toyota. Unlike the other dealers that I had visited before ending up at Toyota West, I was treated better then some of the sharks that tried to sell Toyota. I hate dealing with people that don't listen to what you want but these guy really were helpful. This is why I bought my new 4-Runner from them. One of the most helpful people I ran into was a Mr. Zimmerman. He was friendly and did not make me feel uncomfortable. He made my experience nice and easy.
