I had visited other dealerships while looking for a new vehicle. I was pricing and looking for a mid size vehicle that would have decent gas mileage. His knowledge of the vehicle, the ability to show us the pros and cons between the two vehicles, along with his passion for Toyota's in general. Initially on the car lot they were not pushy at all like most dealerships. He immediately offered me the keys to the vehicle I was looking at and I was able to take it for 2 hours with my wife with no more most dealerships.
