Our experience with Toyota West was GREAT!! After visiting other dealerships in the area and being pressured to purchase options I wasn't interested in it was a relief to be able to look at the vehic visiting other dealerships in the area and being pressured to purchase options I wasn't interested in it was a relief to be able to look at the vehicle I came to see and purchase only what I wanted. I even financed through my own credit union without any hassle from my sales associate or manager to use their financing. They simply showed me options they offered and let me make my own decision. I will definitely return the next time I'm looking to purchase a vehicle!! More

As soon as we stepped on the lot we were greeted very friendly (& not too pushy) by Mr. Harris. He understood the type of situation we were in & was very eager to help to the best of his abilities.
