I have been looking for a new Toyota for a while and wasn't happy with my local dealer. I went to Columbus to visit some family for spring break and this dealership was highly reccommended. I was wond wasn't happy with my local dealer. I went to Columbus to visit some family for spring break and this dealership was highly reccommended. I was wondering the lot when Craig walked up and introduced himself. He was friendly and my kid liked him right away. I don't know what it is about most car salesmen but my daughter is always afraid of them. Craig let us pile into a couple different vehicles and then we went on a short test drive. We discussed features and benefits of the new models. He even told us how we could get the car even though we lived so far away. My wife was impressed with his casual demeanor and extensive knowledge of each model we looked at. I was really impressed with the prices offered at the dealership. I think they were about 5% less than those at my local dealer. Due to time constraints I was unable to purchase on this visit but I will be back as soon as school lets out for the summer. Maybe there will be a summer price drop but even if not I know I will look up Craig again for our next purchase! More
