As soon as we stepped on the lot we were greeted very friendly (& not too pushy) by Mr. Harris. He understood the type of situation we were in & was very eager to help to the best of his abilities. We had a wonderful exerience at Toyota West, especially working with Rusty. I had originally come to the dealership to look at used Toyotas and to trade in my 9 year old Corolla. Rusty welcomed us with a smile and explained all of the features to us in detail. We spent time looking at the used Rav4s, but I eventually decided to purchase a new one. Rusty made the entire experience very easy for me. I was able to get my new car within the week, with the exact specifications I was looking for in a vehicle. Rusty kept me up-to-date on the entire process. When we came to pick up the vehicle, it looked great! We even had an unfortunately incident with a bird dropping when we took it for a spin before finishing up the paperwork and he insisted on cleaning it up before we left that night. That's what I call 5 star customer service. Doing everything possible to make sure we had a great experience - and we did at Toyota West.
