Took over an hour for an oil change that was promised in 30. Male customers were served more quickly than female. Also, I gave them my phone number so they call when a longer service was finished. Without permission, they used that phone number to pester me with automated phone calls about their auto buy-back program. The manager was rude and unapologetic about this policy, which he considers "good customer service." (They'd already even sent me info about the program in the US mail.)
