We recently shopped at other dealers around Columbus and after getting the run around from two of them we ended up going back to Toyota West again to buy a 2020 Toyota Camry. Our first experience with Toyota West was with Kamri the online sales associate. She was very responsive not pushy just informative. She was great. Excellent Car Buying Experience I had a tremendous experience working with the team at Toyota West. I went in late on a Sunday afternoon and met with my salesperson, Kalid. Although I had a tremendous experience working with the team at Toyota West. I went in late on a Sunday afternoon and met with my salesperson, Kalid. Although it was nearly closing time, Kalid took special care with me and more importantly, my wife, to make sure she was able to see and drive the different Rav4 models she was interested in. We felt comfortable expressing our must-haves with Kalid along with the price point we wanted to stay under. We ending up not doing a deal that day but Kalid promised to follow-up with us later in the week to see how the search was going and update us if the dealership was able to accommodate our wishes. Kalid followed through with his promise and called us Wednesday with the car and deal we wanted and we picked the car up on Thursday. Knowing that I wanted to surprise my wife with the vehicle the next day, Kalid went above and beyond and drove my vehicle home so that I could get the new Rav4 home and into our garage just in time for my wife to get home from work! We worked with Justin in the financing department to sign all the necessary paperwork and he was knowledgeable (and patient) as I made sure we had all the necessary paperwork in place to do the deal. He took my call late Friday evening after I realized our insurance company did not offer GAP insurance for leased vehicles and then met us early Saturday morning to get that put in place on our contract. He was outstanding. Also worth mentioning, when we returned on Saturday morning, Ken was kind enough to show my wife some of the features on her vehicle that I couldn't remember from my demo earlier in the week! Superb customer service across the board from Toyota West! It was great to get the deal and vehicle we wanted but why I'll buy my next car from Toyota West is that their actions demonstrated that they cared about me and my wife's happiness as much as we did. We couldn't be happier about our purchase and we will definitely be returning the next time we're in the market for a new car. See you all soon! More

Easy to deal with I visited the dealer to look at an advertised vehicle on 8-8-19. Mr. Paul Medina had the car waiting out front. I was in the advertised condition and I visited the dealer to look at an advertised vehicle on 8-8-19. Mr. Paul Medina had the car waiting out front. I was in the advertised condition and the asking price was lower than others in similar condition in the area. The keys for a test drive were made available with only a copy of my DL. I decided to purchase after the test drive and the entire process was among the easiest I've had. A few extras ($) were offered but when I declined there was no pressure or asking me to reconsider. I'd recommend this dealer and Paul Medina as a salesman. More

Excellent Customer Service I wasn't really thinking about getting a car honestly. I found another Lexus IS that piqued my interest and scheduled an appointment to see the car. When I arrived Candice already had the car pulled up front. She had to take it from the detail shop, as it was hidden away. She was working with another client that had just arrived before me, which was no worry at all. They got my info and let me go out on a test drive. I was smitten by the car. I wasn't a fan of tan interiors, but I liked the contrast of black and tan with a white exterior. The car sold itself, but what had me shocked was the level of service i received purchasing this car. I was treated with the utmost respect and the whole process to less time than I imagined it would. The whole staff was great. More

Bad experience turned good! Went to Toyota Direct. The employees were rude, snappy, short and very unprofessional. They both worked hard to get me a good deal on my trade in and get the same car i wanted from Toyota Direct for less money. Toyota West is awesome. More
