Toyota West was absolutely outstanding! We went to Toyota West in search of a car for our son. We had done some research prior to going there, but hadn't picked any cars to look for at that We went to Toyota West in search of a car for our son. Ken Johnson came out to meet us and had us test driving what we were looking for within 15 minutes. No pressure, no dealer tactics, just a laid back and completely genuine person. We decided on that very car. It was clean, low miles and basically felt new...a 2014 Ford Focus. Yeah, we did a little back and forth on the price, which can sometimes be frustrating, but we were happy in the end. Before the finance process, we were greeted by Milt in finance. All I can say is, I've never had so much fun filling out paperwork...the guy was a hoot. So from start to finish, the experience with Toyota West, Ken and Milt was over the top fantastic. More

Incompetent title clerk My wife called the dealer on Oct 15, questioning why we have not received our title yet. The temporary expire on the Oct 18. The title clerk told her she have sent out two weeks ago. Assume lost in the mail need to get a duplicate. So Oct 15 we ran around to get a duplicate title (Cost $16, plus time). Long be hold today (Oct 16) we received the title from Toyota West mailing date Oct 15. :( .The clerk should have called us back saving us for spending the money and time getting a duplicate title. More
