He went above and beyond to help me locate the exact model of 4Runner I wanted and got me another one when the first one wasn't to my liking. Hossain could've sent me on my way, but he continued to work hard to ensure that I was happy with my purchase. He also did a great job of making sure my wife was informed while I was looking at the vehicles (and making sure my son had popcorn). Overall, a great customer service experience.
