But I cruxes the lot to see what used 4Runner stock the had and there in the rain was my man G smiling and ready to help. Gonzalo was straight forward and knowledgeable, but also a great sense of humor. They didn’t have but two used units that weren’t what I wanted if I had to buy so I moved on. That evening he called me to say he would give me cash for my blown truck personally so he could rebuild it but also his employee discount on a new 4Runner. I wasn’t buying new. I had sold my truck to a friend already and that was that. I went to drive and buy another 4Runner elsewhere the next day but went to get my keys and meet tow truck to remove mine first. A car pulls up and there’s G smiling, knowing my name and saying proudly he found my truck at a sister lot and could have it there in 10 minutes. I still went to drive other truck but came back to G to see what he found. I bought it! 2015 red on sandstone sr5 premium 4x4 with less than 37,000 miles just traded in at another sister dealership. What it means is that he was looking for it even after our brief meeting the day before and he found it and I bought it. This guy will do whatever he can for you and make it pleasurable and have a few laughs along the way. He will always have mine and anyone looking business. And shout out to service department for waving the diagnostic fee on my blown motor. They did that before I ever considered buying anything and that also swayed me to come back and see what G had found. Great team at Toyota West! More

Failed to do their Job. I went to Toyota West on Monday, September 25, 2017 to purchase a car in cash. I had a car picked out in my price range. The dealer persuaded me to go I went to Toyota West on Monday, September 25, 2017 to purchase a car in cash. I had a car picked out in my price range. The dealer persuaded me to go with a more expensive car. After being there for 5 hours they finally reached a deal and financing with my mother as a cosigner. There were issues with the paperwork they supposedly could not verify income. I've worked 3 jobs for over a year. They had already taken a full payment out of my account as well as a biweekly payment that was scheduled. They call me and demanded I come in that day and resign a new deal October 31, 2017, or they threatened to take the car away. They increased my monthly payment and interest rate and asked me to pay a higher downpayment. I agreed because I didn't want to be without a car. The bank was unable to verify my employment even though I provided sufficient information about my jobs. I even called the bank to explain my situation. They weren't listening to me. Columbus Finance/Mortgage Inc (3050 E Main St, Columbus, OH 43209) claimed I was 'rude and snarky' when in reality I was sticking up for myself. They denied me for that reason. They then required me to use my father as a cosigner. A 74 year old man who has purchased 2 houses. We ran his credit score and came up with a number. I provided the dealership with his information and they told me he didn't have a credit score. Which doesn't make sense to me at all. Matthew Harris said he would speak to his boss. I waited for a response and got a snarky text saying I refused to show up to the dealership. I'm being treated like I am attempting to commit fraud. So three months into having this car the dealership has stopped trying to finance me for a 6k loan. They are requiring me to return the vehicle. When I have spoken to the Finance Manager, Matthew Harris, he completely passes the blame onto me. Even though I have fulfilled my end of the deal. At this point, since I've had the car for over 3 months it should fall on the dealership to bite the bullet provide the financing. This is the worst experience I have had to deal with. This is a form of public humiliation since all of my friends and family know that I've had this car for three months. It's a fairly small loan, and I think the dealership should just deal with it. The second I fail to make payments they can seize the car. The payments were set up to be auto withdrawn every week. They have still continued to take my money as of 11/24. This is unacceptable. At this point, they have stopped working to help me. I have been backed into a corner and I do not have the resources to resolve this issue. They are making me return the car. I am afraid they won't give me all of my money back. Big business always get away with doing this to people. I am drained, humiliated, and defeated. They have run my credit so many times, and this will leave me in a worse position than when I started. I have called and spoken with a Manager, he said he would get back to me and look into this situation. I have not heard back. I called again today and went sent to voicemail. I have contacted the BBB and the Attorney General. You need to do better for your customers Toyota West! It's disgraceful! More

No pressure, understanding and by your side from start to finish. I can’t say enough about Brandon, he’s awesome. I won’t buy from anyone else. Also, Milt is great with sealing the deal. Finalizing paperwork with Milt is quick and on point! He knows what he’s doing & there’s never any surprises. Between Brandon and Milt I feel they have my best interest at heart and won’t get me into something just for the sale. They genuinely care about you and will only allow you to get what you can afford. Luke was also helpful as opposed to another person in his same position who couldn’t get anything done for me. Luke was able to get done in one day what took the other guy weeks and still no vehicle. I was impressed with Luke’s ability to get it done for me as well. I went home that same day with a new RAV4 and I absolutely LOVE it! These 3 gentlemen are a great asset at Toyota West. As long as they’re there, I’ll continue to buy from there. More
