After arriving unannounced to view a car that was supposed to be on the lot, he drove us all over god's green earth Ken Johnson went the extra mile. After arriving unannounced to view a car that was supposed to be on the lot, he drove us all over god's green earth (i.e., the Toyota mega-compound) until we located it being detailed. He then oversaw the detailing, let us know when it was ready to be driven, and came in during a time he wasn't scheduled to work for our test drive. He promised we would be in and out in under an hour and a half, and he delivered. He was fair, knowledgeable, and friendly; I'd recommend him to anyone in the market for a new or used Toyota. More

The TRD Pro is a sought after vehicle, and prior to contacting Toyota West I had already been burned by two dealerships who sold vehicles out from under me. From my very first contact with them my experience was positive and proffessional. The sales staff were great at communicating, very responsive and provided fair andnstraight forward pricing and contracting. Considering I am in Texas and they are in Ohio, there was ample opportunity for confusion. However, my salesman, Hossain Saadat, kept everything in order and managed everything perfectly.
