Coming from 10yrs of driving experience with Toyota Corollas, I decided to try out the Corolla iM. Toyota West was the only dealer within 150mi of me which had a blue 6-speed Toyota Corolla iM in stock. So we made the drive down to Columbus. The test-drive experience was a breeze. Gary was available to answer any questions I had, as well as to demonstrate some of the key features of the car. Brian was on hand post-drive to offer timely help with arranging payment/pricing options, and his and Gary's service sealed the deal for us. Despite a minor hiccup during the process of trading my previous vehicle in, Brian and Gary were available at all points throughout the trade/purchase process to make sure Anna and I were taken care of. Tacoma with Dean My initail contact with the local dealership started in December last year, waited 2 months just to be told that Toyota does not make TRD PRO MT anymo My initail contact with the local dealership started in December last year, waited 2 months just to be told that Toyota does not make TRD PRO MT anymore. Looked into Tacoma Sport/Off Road. Another month later the dealership could not come up with the specific Tacoma I wanted. Finally decided to ditch the incompetent dealer and started calling other places. The minute I talked to Dean Mahalati everything went as it should with a brand like Toyota. Dean knows his profession and it shows, got the Tacoma I wanted with other features that Dean suggested. Thank you! You redeemed the Toyota reputation. As for the other dealership they even tried charging me $500 for services that was not done. They took it out of my deposit money. Eventually got it back. Nothing but the best service at Toyota West thanks to Dean. More
