He was a very good listener while I explained why I had come and what I was looking for. He at no point tried to sell me anything else. He was patient, kind, and very helpful in finding what I requested. I would say my overall experience was extremely stress free! Peaceful! Not only was Gary extremely nice and helpful but so was Don whom did the credit check and pricing for the financing , They both were very informative and made sure any worry I had was taken care of. Gary explained all features on my car and helped me set up my Toyota Entune account. They had ran out of the perma plate kit that was suppose to come with my car. So they promised another tank of gas on them when I came back to pick it up. They kept their promise! The second visit Don was not working and Gary was busy helping another customer so another sales associate stepped right up to help me. Then, as I was leaving Gary was free and he came over to make sure Derrick took good care of me. They were all just as friendly and helpful as the first time. More
