Before 9 p.m. we drove home on our new Scion iM (2016). The dealer Mr. Brandon Barnthouse done outstanding job to complete satisfaction of two elderly, non-native English speakers. He is very polite, very patient and pays great attention to his customers. To be a nice guy is not enough for success in trade, he demonstrated very high professional knowledge to us having together over 100 years of experience in Manufacturing and R&D Engineering. During the entire weak he kept helping us to get and to understand owner manuals, arranged installation of Navigation System and helped to manage it. All paper work and finacial service were professional, quick and directed according to our request. Also Mr. Barnthouse has shown very maticulous time management with accuracy within one-two minutes of schedule. It is very perspective virtue for potential professional growth as a manager.
