Bernard Cherry went above and beyond to ensure that I got to work safely and on time. He was incredibly friendly and made the short period of travel to my place of employment an enjoyable experience. He was also there the next morning to greet me, remembered my name and went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of...to walking me to the cashier, finding staff in the parts department to assist and finally bringing my car around and warmed up for my travel back. Though I did not interact with the folks who actually fixed my car, my aging Toyota Yaris has never performed better. And thanks to Cole for keeping me informed on the quote, parts delivery and when my car repairs would be completed. Outstanding attention to every details.
