new car delight I saw a car in the on line inventory on a Saturday, I looked again on Monday, it was still there. I HAD to go see it. It was there. Fred was cute... Helpful, funny Positive and the most wonderful salesman I have dealt with, No pressure, all the information I asked for. Re-explained as i needed to fully understand the options. Took the test drive with me and survived :) Fred was HONEST, what he did not know he went to a staff member had them explain to me while he listened as well. Finance Guy NIck was just as good. Both took my teasing of the missing hubcap "deal breaker" with a smile and promised the 4th hubcap delivery (which they were ready before I was) LOVE the Hatfield "Family" staff service, used and New. Service department was what brought us in the door years ago - the Staff is what keeps us coming back More
