NOTHING BUT A HEADACHE I bought a Dodge Journey. I took it back to get a heater problem fixed. It took them 8 days to fix it. I went and picked it up at 7 pm. The next morni I bought a Dodge Journey. I took it back to get a heater problem fixed. It took them 8 days to fix it. I went and picked it up at 7 pm. The next morning at 7 am I noticed the Journey was leaking pretty bad. I jacked to car up and found they used a regular bolt for an oil plug. At this point all of the oil had drained out. I contacted David Moore by text with a video. I got no reply back. I asked if he thought it would be a hit on you tube. He replied find out. As of now 5 days later after we picked it up from the heater problem I have a loud clunking noise when I use the break to stop. More
