We were there several hours because there were so many customers, which was not a problem as Brian kept checking with us to make sure we were fine and let us know how many people were ahead of us and making us feel quite at home. Herb was our finance person and he also was very nice. The car needed a few details taken care of before we received it and everything was completed just as Brian said it would be. NOTHING BUT A HEADACHE I bought a Dodge Journey. I took it back to get a heater problem fixed. It took them 8 days to fix it. I went and picked it up at 7 pm. The next morni I bought a Dodge Journey. I took it back to get a heater problem fixed. It took them 8 days to fix it. I went and picked it up at 7 pm. The next morning at 7 am I noticed the Journey was leaking pretty bad. I jacked to car up and found they used a regular bolt for an oil plug. At this point all of the oil had drained out. I contacted David Moore by text with a video. I got no reply back. I asked if he thought it would be a hit on you tube. He replied find out. As of now 5 days later after we picked it up from the heater problem I have a loud clunking noise when I use the break to stop. More
