Great service! The service here is great! I brought my Prius in to have a tire repaired, but I also had a notice in the mail about a recall on a sensor for the passe The service here is great! I brought my Prius in to have a tire repaired, but I also had a notice in the mail about a recall on a sensor for the passenger seat belt or air bag or something. I was thinking I'd wait, but it turns out the work on the sensor recall would be 2 h or so. I was given a ride home, with the expectation that I'd be picked up after the service was completed. The driver was very personable, and thanks to him, I learned a new way to go to Toyota West, among other things. I know my car is in good hands at Toyota West. More

Additional work was needed I went in for a oil change and alignment. Turns out 2 tires were bald and needed replaced. Wonderful professional service I serviced my Toyota Corolla here and the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. They accommodated my service request the very next day. I was greeted by a big smile and wonderful hospitality-- the service appt. took less than 30 minutes and I was showed to a sitting area that was comfortable, clean, and equipped with a state of the art coffee machine. The salesman I have dealt with over the last 4-5 years is Chris Wells. Somehow he always knows what I am looking for and is never "pushy" on the sale. I recently took my niece up to buy her a car, (new driver) and Chris was absolutely wonderful with her. He never made her feel pressured or uncomfortable, that alone means a lot to me.
