He is the most soft spoken, courteous and professional car salesman I have ever encountered. When I bought a 2011 Camry in 2011, I wasn't even serious about a new sedan or anything from Toyota. I was just looking. However, Roberts' expertise and professionalism coupled with his sales style had me leaving in a new Camry. When I bought the 2015 Tundra, in late February 2015, I knew the dealership and salesman that I wanted to visit to see ablout Toyota trucks. He worked every aspect to get my payments where I needed them to be. Customer service was on point with these two guys.
