great I worked with Justen and he was great. The only thing is they're short staffed on Sundays so it took a long time to get all my paperwork....But there I worked with Justen and he was great. Superior Customer Service I had been to five (5) dealer ships before I discover Toyota West . Fred Woda greeted me in the parking lot, welcomed me in and asked me what I wanted I had been to five (5) dealer ships before I discover Toyota West .
