By 9:30 I was out the door with my new car. I have so little time but they made the transaction smooth and easy. Breandan Coombs was a wonderful salesman I would ask for if I were buying a car. This must have been the first time ever that I did not feel the pressure to quickly find a car and sign. The sales rep. Justin Humphreys greeted us with a friendly and clean appearance. His character and professionalism created a understanding that he was there to work for us the consumer. After finding the car that was right for us we came to an agreement on the terms that I felt was reasonable and perfect for our situation. All members of the Toyota West staff seemed to be friendly and helpful to their customers as I looked around the office. During previous purchases with other car dealers in Central Ohio it seemed to be a all day affair, with Toyota West I was in and out with in a matter of a couple hours ( that includes the 45 min. test drive).
