I have a bad lower back, so I have to sit in a zillion cars to find the right fit. That was NOT a problem. Salesman John Thomas was great. He allowed me to take my time sitting through Hondas, Toyotas, Nissans, and the Subaru I eventually purchased. There was no high pressure sales pitch; we (my wife and I) were encouraged to take our time and see if we were interested in any of the vehicles. I did not rate the dealer on "Quality of Work" because I have not yet had anything serviced there. But since the vehicle does have a small issue currently under warrantee (rear electric window doesn't work), I'll have some material upon which I can supplement this review. More
avoid toyota west I was 20 minutes early for my appointment - the were 4 hours late. I don't have time to force a dealer to do what I am paying them for (as in I should not have to keep going back until they figure out how to do their job) -> I will go to a dealership I can trust.
