He is responsible to sell cars of course, but he clearly cares about the human beings he serves as his customers. He did a great deal of running around and checking on things to make sure our questions were answered and that our needs were met. He helped us toward an excellent deal on the car we bought! Best experience by far!! I went to Toyota west today because I had my eye on a Kia soul. I test drove a couple of them and was given plenty of time to do so. I ended up leaving the lot that day with the Kia soul I wanted! My sales associate Justin H did an amazing job. He was kind and courteous. He made sure my car was very clean and ready to drive home in. He also made sure to keep my payments right where I wanted it to be. The staff was also great. Took their time to visit and talk while Justin was getting everything ready. I didn't think I would be driving home in "my" car today but I was. I would recommend Toyota west to anyone who was looking to buy a vehicle. More

Shuttle service when vehicle at dealer for maintenance Bill Finn provided great service today. I was worried when I heard that the service would take several hours and that the building with a toy area tha Bill Finn provided great service today. I was worried when I heard that the service would take several hours and that the building with a toy area that I was used to was no longer there, that we'd be stuck sitting in the small modular unit with my 4 year old for several hours. Bill saved the day when he shuttled us off while our car was serviced. Thank you! He was very friendly and even interacted with my son, playing the I spy the yellow car game on our ride :) More
