I have a bad lower back, so I have to sit in a zillion cars to find the right fit. That was NOT a problem. Salesman John Thomas was great. He allowed me to take my time sitting through Hondas, Toyotas, Nissans, and the Subaru I eventually purchased. There was no high pressure sales pitch; we (my wife and I) were encouraged to take our time and see if we were interested in any of the vehicles. I did not rate the dealer on "Quality of Work" because I have not yet had anything serviced there. But since the vehicle does have a small issue currently under warrantee (rear electric window doesn't work), I'll have some material upon which I can supplement this review. More

This was a completely positive experience thanks to all the staff at Toyota West, and especially to Justin Humphreys! He took complete care of us with kindness and professional respect. He is responsible to sell cars of course, but he clearly cares about the human beings he serves as his customers. He did a great deal of running around and checking on things to make sure our questions were answered and that our needs were met. He helped us toward an excellent deal on the car we bought! In my work, I write an occasional reference or recommendation letter. If I could write one for Justin and Toyota West, I would happily do it without the slightest hesitation! More
