During my most recent experience purchasing a car, I suffered really long wait-times and when my used car required service, no one seemed to know how to get that done. Twice I came up to the dealership to find that the last story I was told was untrue, which was a giant waste of my time. The service staff, on the other hand, has been great. Bill has been my shuttle driver twice now when I've had service completed on my vehicles. He is always friendly and courteous. Nice guy. Bob Morgan was also quite helpful. I would recommend the dealership service to anyone - great staff. More
