Mixed experiences with sales staff, but excellent service Overall, my experience with this dealership has not been the greatest. It seems that most sales employees have no clue what's going on. During my most recent experience purchasing a car, I suffered really long wait-times and when my used car required service, no one seemed to know how to get that done. Twice I came up to the dealership to find that the last story I was told was untrue, which was a giant waste of my time. The service staff, on the other hand, has been great. Bill has been my shuttle driver twice now when I've had service completed on my vehicles. He is always friendly and courteous. Nice guy. Bob Morgan was also quite helpful. I would recommend the dealership service to anyone - great staff. More

10K Scheduled Maintenance When following up on the scheduled maintenance of my 2014 Toyota FJ Cruiser, I had some issues which caused my delay in getting to my scheduled time. When following up on the scheduled maintenance of my 2014 Toyota FJ Cruiser, I had some issues which caused my delay in getting to my scheduled time. The Service Team at Toyota West was very understanding and assisted in my keeping my scheduled appointment! It was also arranged for my to receive transportation to my employment (to and from) so that I could keep my work schedule which was very relieving. Bill Finn was courteous and kind and made the trip to and from my workplace effortless. He is an asset to the Toyota West Team! More
