What has been refreshing about my experience at Toyota West is that the opposite has been true - the employees genuinely care about you as a customer, while also understanding the importance of your car and the value of your time. Each time I have arrived, I have been warmly welcomed and taken in with kindness and respect. The shuttle service is especially efficient in the morning hours, and today allowed me to be back in my office (10 miles away) less than 20 minutes after I arrived, all while driver Bill Finn made it an enjoyable conversation rather than merely "time missed from the office." Best yet ,they truly keep their promises, and when they say they'll get back to you at a certain time, or your car will be ready at a certain hour, you can bet you won't be waiting around. More

He suggested that I use the shuttle service to allow me to return home instead of waiting at the dealership for my car. I had never used this service. I was very pleased with the experience. Bill Finn was extremely courteous as well as being a very competent driver. It was a very enjoyable experience, and I am very impressed with the attention to the customer's comfort and time that Toyota West displays to it's customers. More
