First Time Buyer from a dealership and my experience working with them was smooth and great. My person that I worked with me was Fred Rawlings LOVE HIM, LOVE HIM! I didn't think that I would be able to purchase a car but he made it happen for "TEAM FRED RAWLINGS" He made my overall experience worth the well I would recommend him to anyone that is going in to purchase a used/new car he's fair, pass with you, funny, there to sell you a car that you will be happy with long after leave the lot and sent your money, he made sure he stuck around and made sure I understood the financial portion. We were in the position of having to buy a vehicle the same day. Mark was straightforward, honest, and low-pressure. We knew what we wanted, and he made sure that we got it. Went to Toyota West looking for a used car on Sunday and we were just driving around and Gary Beck came out, my husband had talked to him before, and gave us his card. We did not see anything in the used ca we were just driving around and Gary Beck came out, my husband had talked to him before, and gave us his card. We did not see anything in the used cars that we wanted so we left and visted some other Toyota dealers. On Monday we went back over to Toyota West and was looking at new cars, we gave Gary a call on his cell and he said it was his day off but that if we could give hime about fifteen minutes he would be there. Fifteen minutes later here he came. He was very polite and not pushy nor in a hurry. He answered all our questions. In all he spent about 5-6 hours with us. We bought the car, 2014 Avalon Limited. The heated seats need to be repaired and Gary went right to his magager and talked to him and he got the repair started the next day. It was not finished until Wed but we had some sleet and snow and did not want to pick the car up until Thur. Gary called us everyday and gave us an update as to what was going on. Oh Thursday morning we called him and he was not due in until 2 but he made arrangements to come in at noon so we could pick up the car. We like the fact the Toyota West Used Car Salesmen can also sell new cars. As far as we are concerned Gary Beck did a exceptional job and would highly recommened him to anyone. More

What a waste of time! I made an appointment with a salesman the day before my visit. When I arrived he was not present and was not answering his cellphone. The car I was interested in was a 2014 Prius salesman the day before my visit. When I arrived he was not present and was not answering his cellphone. The car I was interested in was a 2014 Prius 5 and I had a mint, low mileage 2012 Prius 5 to trade. They drove the 2014 Prius from their storage lot and did not bother to brush off any of the 8 inches of snow, or offer a test drive. My car was documented and the results were to arrive by telephone from "corporate". Since no one had an idea when the offer was forthcoming I was told "go home and we will call you". The sales manger was present, but did not introduce himself. Later that day the salesman that that I was assigned called me with a ridiculous low ball offer that was 50 percent of the original 'sticker price'. I know I can do better elsewhere. More
