New found faith in the Automotive industry for me. I recently took my wife "window shopping" for a new van. We went to Ricart Auto Mall and Dennis Autopoint and I let the sales people know upfront we I recently took my wife "window shopping" for a new van. We went to Ricart Auto Mall and Dennis Autopoint and I let the sales people know upfront we were just looking for the time being and wont be able to purchase for a few months. I had a lot of questions regarding safety because we have 4 young daughters and safety is our main priority. At both places the sale people were very standoffish after I told them we were just looking. They made me feel like I was bothering them with my inquires and they just brushed us off like we were nothing. I decided we would stop at one more place and that was Toyota West. I knew the last 2 places treated us rudely because I was honest about my intentions of not looking to purchase that very moment (we are Christians and honesty is just the way we live our lives) As we got out of the van and began to walk the lot we were approached by a gentleman who extended his hand and introduced himself as Justin. Before we even started talking about cars I informed him that we were just looking and had no interest in buying at that time. He kept his smile and said "that's no problem can I still help you?" I was taken back, already he was gaining my trust. We talked for over an hour and a half about vehicle safety, warranty, fuel mileage, the Cleveland Browns, Buckeyes, etc.. But what separated him from all others was the smile he kept and how knowing we weren't going to buy that day he still asked if he could help us., he asked us if he could help us!! I know salesman are paid on commission and there he was for that long knowing we weren't going to buy but still was so willing to help answer all our questions. Not once did he push for us to have our credit ran, our have our vehicle appraised, he respected us. It's very intimidating to go to a dealership in fear of the pushy sales people. That wasn't the case at Toyota West, he honestly seemed to care about my wife and family. I found out he has 2 young sons and was soon getting married and he understood my wanting to keep my family as safe as possible. I will be returning in the coming months to purchase a Sienna and will see Justin Humphreys and only Justin. I have since had 2 members of my prayer group go see Justin based on how he treated us. I highly recommend anyone who wants honesty and great customer service to see him. I've never received service like that in my life and I am truly blown away by his professionalism. The Service department provided a shuttle service for which I was very thankful. The driver, Bill Finn, was friendly and professional. From the time that I called the dealership and spoke with Justin to the time that I got to the dealership and went through the deal, Justin was very nice and helpful. My recent visit to Toyota West was to lease a Toyota PriusV, which makes my second Prius. Everyone at Toyota West is very friendly and always helpful. Mark Kennedy sold me my first Prius and, of course, PriusV, which makes my second Prius. Everyone at Toyota West is very friendly and always helpful. Mark Kennedy sold me my first Prius and, of course, I wanted him to take me through the purchase of my second Prius. Mark is very courteous and explains everything in detail. He doesn't just hand you the keys and say thank you, good bye. He takes the time to make sure you understand everything about the operation of your new vehicle. First Time Buyer from a dealership and my experience working with them was smooth and great. My person that I worked with me was Fred Rawlings LOVE HIM, LOVE HIM! I didn't think that I would be able to purchase a car but he made it happen for "TEAM FRED RAWLINGS" He made my overall experience worth the well I would recommend him to anyone that is going in to purchase a used/new car he's fair, pass with you, funny, there to sell you a car that you will be happy with long after leave the lot and sent your money, he made sure he stuck around and made sure I understood the financial portion.
