I was in the Toyota Tansky to buy a new car for my wife and when we first got there the service was not only awful, but the sales department was careless. Dean was our salesman. My parents and I went in looking for an all wheel drive car for my sister and I. Dean was very receptive to our needs and wants and didn't try to up sale us on the most expensive veh for an all wheel drive car for my sister and I. Dean even took the time to walk me through all the different options and features in my car when he could have packed up and gone home for the night. From start to finish, Dean and the rest of the Toyota West Family was seamless and exceptional. My father even promised the Manager we'll be back in about 3 years to get a car for my youngest sister.
