I have that with my 2010 Toyota Prius, which I bought at Muller Toyota and have serviced there and had it also with the Toyota Avalon, which I previously drove, bought and had serviced at Muller Toyota. Though I have to drive 15+ miles to have the car serviced at Muller Toyota, it is worth it to me to feel that I am in good trustworthy hands when I go there. Carlo Martino More

I called and made a appointment a week advance for a Warranty Enhancement item on my car that needed to be fixed. They did not have the standard part to even accomplish the repair when I got there, and Warranty Enhancement item on my car that needed to be fixed. I called Toyota headquarters and they set me up with another dealership(Thank God), as Muller Toyota does not come remotely close to being able to set appointment and have the part available. although they had a weeks notice. All the while other dealer ships have no problem doing it at all the first time. A totally armature operation with very little intelligence going on. Sorry it's the truth and that's how it happen... I can only surmise that because I asked for them to only do the covered repair warranty enhancement, as my car was just serviced by my own mechanic, they were angry because they wanted to fix something for money. More
