Before my visit to Muller's, I didn't particularly like to do the "car shopping" bit. I was very impressed with the people at Muller, starting from the initial contact with Jeff who was quite friendly and to do the "car shopping" bit. I arrived very early for my appointment with Jeff who was helping another customer so they introduced me to Matt Belson. Matt is very personable, friendly, honest and knowledgable. Matt was the sole reason I purchased my new vehicle from Muller. He was very patient with my multitude of questions and made certain each questioned was answered. Matt helped me through the purchase from the beginning until the handing me my set of keys (including scheduling my 1st service-oil change and tire rotation). I actually passed 10 dealerships, traveling over 40 minutes to reach Muller; I have to say that I would absolutely recommend Muller Toyota and especially Matt Belson. In fact, I will be purchasing another vehicle in about 3 years for my teanager and I will not go to any other dealership - they have my business! More

I test-drove several other vehicles before deciding on a Toyota Highlander. Once my wife and I expressed interest in buying, Andrew brought over Carl, the sales manager, to negotiate a purchase price. Although I was expecting the high-pressure sales pitch, Carl was very easy to negotiate with and we quickly came to a deal. The vehicle was delivered to us in a week and Jeff, a different sales person, took us through the features and accessories. OK, I had not purchased a new vehicle in 10 years, but do I really need an Owners Manual with over 500 pages? Suffice it to say that the manual is VERY detailed; so much so that you learn how to start the vehicle once you reach page 70. Overall, we had a very good experience at Mueller Toyota and would recommend them to anyone interested in a Toyota. Finally, as with any major purchase, you need to do your research to ensure you are getting a good deal not only on the vehicle, but also on all the after-market options such as extended warranties and such. More

I've been to other dealerships before with pushy sales people telling ME what I want to buy instead of them listening to what my needs were in a car or truck but when I walked into Muller Toyota I was gre people telling ME what I want to buy instead of them listening to what my needs were in a car or truck but when I walked into Muller Toyota I was greeted by Bob Tobias who was friendly and took the time to discuss my options with my needs in a new truck.I was interested in a 2012 Tundra but was not sure about all the options and how they worked.I also was not sure what model was best for me. Bob seemed to know a lot about the truck and answered all my questions in full detail. After a couple road test in a couple of Tundras I purchased a 2012 Rock Warrior for a great price. I got a lot of truck for the money and I'm very happy with the deal. I will recommend Muller Toyota to my family and friends. The overall experience was great. Thank you! More

I went in for a test drive to get a $50 gift card and couldn't believe when they made the numbers work and I actually replaced my old clunker truck with a new one. They gave me a fair price for the old truck - but were a little misleading when I asked what would happen to the balance that I owed on it. I was told that "they would take care of it" making me think they were paying it for me - when in truth I am paying it - out of the money that I put down on the new truck. I'm OK with that - but would have preferred honesty about that as opposed to "smoke and mirrors". I was also quoted a monthly payment before they ran my credit and actually did the math. It came out close but again - more last minute changes happened when the extended warranty was offered to me which actually includes a much lower loan rate. But I ended up having to cough up another $1,000 at the twenty third hour. There was some needless sweating and tension involved that could have been presented to me in a less nerve-wracking way. This process also took FOREVER. More

The atmosphere at Muller Toyota seemed to be low key.No hustle & bustle as I've experienced in other dealerships.I thus felt most comfortably at ease! It is always a pleasurable experience dealing with the Sales and Service personel at Muller. That is why I have purchased at least 6 cars from them. After spending several months dealing (unsuccessfully) with numerous truck dealerships in our search for a 4-wheel drive truck with an 8' bed we found Muller Toyota and Bob Tobias. I told Bob specificall with numerous truck dealerships in our search for a 4-wheel drive truck with an 8' bed we found Muller Toyota and Bob Tobias. I told Bob specifically what we were interested in. Bob quickly searched his inventory and advised us he did not have what we were looking for on his lot - a refreshing change. What was so wonderful about Bob was the fact that he took the time to explain to me why our specifications may be a little difficult to meet as opposed to having us come to the dealership and be pressured into buying something that we didn't want. He asked if I would hold while he checked something. When he came back on the line he advised that Toyota had 1 Tundra with an 8' bed scheduled to be built and sent to his dealership. He offered to fax to us the exact specifications of the truck that was to be built to see if we would be interested. He also clearly explained how the process would work and promised to stay in touch with us and let us know when the truck was complete, when it moved from the plant to shipping and the estimated time of arrival. He followed through with everything that he promised. He was honest, forthcoming, friendly and we successfully purchased what we wanted SIGHT UNSEEN! The entire experience with Bob was smooth as silk and we are very grateful!!! More
