When the reviewer's car had a check engine light issue, she was informed that refusing a $5,500 service charge would result in the light reappearing. As predicted, after paying the substantial amount of money, the check engine light returned to the vehicle. Furthermore, over the Fourth of July weekend the vehicle was driven over 200 miles. This dealership cannot be recommended to other motorists.. Don't trust them with your car! More

At the other dealerships I never got to speak to someone who knew anything about the car that I couldn't have learned with a quick Google search. In fact, several times they had to Google for the answer themselves. John had all the details in his head. We completed the sale and then John sat with me in the car for an hour to help me set up the various accounts. Highly recommended. More
