I been there for 4 hrs the promise was between 2 or 2 and a half hours and is very stressful seen people come after you and leave before you. It’s the second time this happened to me but I think is because my car is getting older and the people how work prefer the brand new car. And in Eleven years doing my service I know a couple persons how work hard and really they make things excellent but this time was terrible. More

The dealer is fine, but the service department sucks pretty badly. I waited 3 hours for the shuttle to pick me up. Every time I called and asked, they said he’s on his way. He will be there in 10 min wh pretty badly. I waited 3 hours for the shuttle to pick me up. Every time I called and asked, they said he’s on his way. He will be there in 10 min which turned into 1 hour and so forth. I called for the third time and they had to send an uber to pick me up which took another 30 minutes. I am very disappointed as this is not the first time that there has been an issue. Every time someone writes a review, nothing is being done. Toyota of Anaheim, you need to do better for your customers. 3 cars I have put used from you and plan not giving you guys my money anymore. Horrible service!!!!!!! More

I have been using this place for over 10 years and I never had any problem until now, Randy is the service adviser, short story, I had to do his job with the insurance in order to get my truck fixed. He never had any problem until now, Randy is the service adviser, short story, I had to do his job with the insurance in order to get my truck fixed. He was lying to me telling me that the parts were in back order after a whole week that he had my truck, and when I asked to talk to someone else, he left his office and came back with my keys and told me that my truck was ready! Usually all de service advisers are really good, just make sure that when you go there avoid having randy as an adviser! More
