I had the pleasure of working with Iqbal, who truly stood out throughout the entire experience. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel pressured at any point. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure I was comfortable with every step of the process. What I appreciated most was how transparent and straightforward everything was, no surprises, no games, just honest service. The whole transaction was efficient and well-organized, which made buying a car much easier than I expected. If you're planning to visit Toyota of Anaheim, I highly recommend asking for Iqbal. I went in for an tune up and maintenance check but I did not receive video of my inspection, nor did my service advisor Donald Moreno inform me of what might be wrong with my car despite having purchases To not receive video of my inspection, nor did my service advisor Donald Moreno inform me of what might be wrong with my car despite having purchases Toyota care. I'm fact I don't think they did an inspection at all. Donald said they only performed a visual inspection, despite keeping my car over night. This service was not any better than taking my car to a cheap mechanic. I left still wondering if my car was in need of any other repairs. More
I received a text from their service department that my car was due for maintenance and I was offered two appointment times to choose from, 7:00 am or 5:00 pm. I was surprised that they had appointments as car was due for maintenance and I was offered two appointment times to choose from, 7:00 am or 5:00 pm. I was surprised that they had appointments as late as 5:00 pm but I chose that. I got there at 5:00 pm, I was greeted by a service employee, a "cone" was put on top of my car, plastic and paper put in my car and I was told someone would be with me shortly. At 5:25 pm, same service employee approached me and said "I'm sorry Ma'am, can you come back tomorrow?" What a waste of my time, not to mention gas at a time of very high gas prices. I'll never go back to this service department. They cannot be trusted. More

My kinda guy and service dealership. I know that both the service and sales employees at any dealer quote prices higher than their target price, then offer you "discounts" closer to their target price, because they're commission-driven. However, I try to familiarize myself with this situation before scheduling service. Lee is a good listener and responder to my questions and suggestions, which is why I ask for him as my service technician. More
