SERVICE VISIT

This dealer isn't closest to me, but I come with service coupons from other Toyota dealers that they not only honor, but try to better! My preferred service technician who's been here 6 years is Lee Bach. coupons from other Toyota dealers that they not only honor, but try to better! My preferred service technician who's been here 6 years is Lee Bach. He even encouraged me to keep my 2013 Prius maintained, instead of pressuring me into the auto sales dept. My kinda guy and service dealership. I know that both the service and sales employees at any dealer quote prices higher than their target price, then offer you "discounts" closer to their target price, because they're commission-driven. However, I try to familiarize myself with this situation before scheduling service. Lee is a good listener and responder to my questions and suggestions, which is why I ask for him as my service technician. More
