I haven’t had to come to this dealership very often but today was a good experience with them. Everybody was nice , knowledgeable and I will tell you I’m very pleased with the service of the shuttle back- today was a good experience with them. Yesterday was my second poor service experience at Miller Toyota in Anaheim. My 2024 BZ4X is due for scheduled maintenance, dealership called me and we scheduled an appointment to drop the car at 10:00 am. A Toyota in Anaheim. After sitting in the car fir 30 minutes at the service bay, no one approached me, finally I found a helper only to be informed it might take another 2 hours for a courtesy shuttle to send me back home. I finally left the dealership after wasting an hour of my precious time. Since I drive an electric car they keep calling me to schedule an oil change.. Really? Obviously they are focus on mass production and no individual attention, care or any respect for customers time. I would not recommend them at all, unless you can afford to waste a entire day for a service that should take less than an hour. More

Linda the Service Manager was the best part of my most recent experience at Toyota of Anaheim on 6/30. She got me help after she noticed that I was being ignored by other service managers and associates w recent experience at Toyota of Anaheim on 6/30. She got me help after she noticed that I was being ignored by other service managers and associates when I was waiting to be helped for my scheduled appointment. Earlier, a young associate tried to help me by asking a senior associate for assistance with checking me in and they responded by saying they're going to lunch and was supposed to go an hour ago. Another senior associate who checked me in said it would take four hours to complete one service, an oil change, and he explained it's because there are a lot of oil change coupons getting redeemed that day. After two hours of waiting, I noticed my car still hadn't been inspected, per the Toyota of Anaheim service tracking site. I checked in with Linda who graciously received my feedback. She took her time with listening to me and validating my concerns, and she assured me that my car would be ready soon. I waited a little over three hours to get an oil change. Had it not been for Linda, who was not my assigned service manager, I probably would have been there until closing. This was my second attempt at getting oil changed using the $17.76 coupon. I first attempted to redeem it on 6/25 a little after 7am, without an appointment, however, the associate informed me that I would need to bring the physical coupon, even though the coupon was first emailed to me. He said it's because he needed to ensure the VIN on the coupon matches my car even though the email stated the correct VIN. The women's restroom appeared clean and tidy, however, the sink area smelled of raw sewage, and one of the paper towel dispensers did not work. More
very quick and efficient service! got my papers signed the same night my car arrived and Gilbert even drove all the way to our house to help facilitate everything along.
