TL;DR: Be careful — this place is full of scammers and will do anything to rip you off. I visited this dealership on Saturday because my check engine light was on. I have a bit of a mechanic background, so I had already scanned my car and identified the likely cause. After basic troubleshooting and confirming with a few third-party mechanics (who couldn’t help over the weekend unless I bought the part from the dealer), I decided to visit. When I got there, I explained the issue clearly and asked for a quote. The first mechanic agreed with my diagnosis and said it should be a simple and cheap fix. A second mechanic came to give me a final quote, and they told me it would be around $200. Then Anthony, a sales guy, jumped in trying to make it sound way more complicated — throwing around the typical “we need to test before and after” to justify more charges. Still, we agreed on about $200, and he even offered a rental car. At that point, since things seemed to be going okay, I mentioned another minor issue — my fans and stereo cutting off sometimes — just to see if they had any insight. Anthony offered a diagnosis for another $200, which would be waived if I went ahead with repairs. Since no other mechanic had been willing to even look at that issue, I agreed. Here’s where it gets shady. Before I even made it home, they called me back with a new quote: • $434.65 for the original $200 fix (simple hose replacement) • $607.08 to replace the blower motor (which they claim is why my radio randomly cuts off???) Total: $1,041.73 When I called to ask why the sudden change, they just said they “miscalculated” the time needed. How do trained mechanics not know how long a basic hose replacement will take? Especially when two of them told me it was an easy, cheap fix? The worst part? They said my original $200 diagnosis fee would only be waived if I now agreed to pay the full $1,041. Unreal. I literally had a paper signed for ~$400. How is the new “minimum” suddenly $600+? I’m a student. I don’t have money to throw away. I trusted the dealership to be transparent — big mistake. Anthony even tried to “help” by offering a “special deal” of $800 for everything after I said no to the blower motor replacement. To make things worse, my car was supposed to be ready on Monday. I even left work an hour early to pick it up. When I called to double-check before heading over, they casually told me it was going to take another day — no one even bothered to let me know ahead of time. At least the next day the car was ready, although Anthony didn’t even bother to come out and talk to me when I picked it up. Figures. Honestly, the whole thing felt like a setup from the start. They took my car the second I agreed, pushed a higher quote an hour later, and left me feeling trapped. I agreed out of fear they might mess with my car otherwise. Please, if you value your money or your peace of mind, do not trust this dealership. They will do anything to squeeze more money out of you, no matter how they have to spin it. I left feeling completely disgusted and ripped off. May 7 - update: General Manager said that I would be contacted to address my concerns, I in fact, was contacted once again to let me know that my deposit for the rental car was not going to be given to me lol This is a joke! The guys says that the car is there but I did not give him the key, the key was handed to Crom. Crom never said that I was supposed to give it to Sergio. Anyways, Sergio decided to check with Crom and called back a few minutes later to apologize but this is ridiculous. Do better! More

On my previous visit to the service department, even though I had an appointment, my car was "lost" in the line Nd did not get serviced in a reasonable time. I complained and wrote a negative review. Th though I had an appointment, my car was "lost" in the line Nd did not get serviced in a reasonable time. I complained and wrote a negative review. This time when I brought my car in for service, they not only got it done in an extremely reasonable time, they apologized for my previous experience and went out of their way to make sure I was treated well and thanked me for trusting them again. Couldn't ask for a better experience. More
