I had a problem with the paint on my Prius. I called the dealership. I was very nicely and quickly transferred over to Sergio Figueroa in Collision/Rentals. I have not had the best experiences with dealerships but this was one of the best dealership interactions I have ever had. Sergio walked me through the process and within 15 minutes I was out the door with a nice rental car. I was able to call him anytime for updates and questions. Much sooner than expected my beautifully repainted little Prius was back and it truly looked brand new. Sergio is my hero and Toyota of Anaheim has my business from now on. More
