At the end of negotiating, he extended his hand to my husband, and it felt like a movie moment for my man and told me it was something he won’t forget. Also want to appreciate Fernando for his great communication throughout the process while we were waiting for the car to arrive to the dealership. When we came in to sign the paperwork, There were quite a few hiccups that occurred, but would still rate the experience five stars because every person we spoke to corrected the mistakes made quickly and without a fuss. Love the Toyota Anaheim will be back here hopefully for car number number 2 when we’re ready! More

I came in with some issues regarding sensors and computer related problems. I ended up paid nearly $1400 on mechanical services but the issues were not fixed.
