From the minute I walked in the door there was a nice young man ( Brandon Pita) that immediately helped me!! Within 5 min. I was behind the wheel test driving the vehicle I came to see. Very unprofessional and either poor inspection or just dont care at all. Went for air vent issue and drop the car. Got pretty quick respond. Either way they say they cant cover the part with warranty because of ambient light. Dont want to argue and pick the car up and brought home. Find out it was the holder got lose and i fixed myself with toothpick. Either you guy dont care about customer or having guys with no general knowledge about simple part. More
PSA- Don't not purchase a certified pre-owned or any vehicle here. I recommend going to another dealership - Orange, Irvine, any other one. This dealership is shady with terrible customer service. It's not worth your time and money to spend it here. I purchased a certified pre-owned 4runner here, at full price (apparently prices are non-negotiable here). And it turns out that they installed an aftermarket windshield, one day before I purchased the vehicle. This was never disclosed to me. Because they had done this, they had intentionally invalidated the warranty even before I had drove it off the lot. As I was driving, the pre-collision malfunction light had turned on. I took my car to the local Toyota Dealership, which they had let me know that Toyota of Anaheim had installed an after market windshield and didn't do the proper sensor calibration for it. I reached out to the Toyota of Anaheim, and they were extremely unhelpful and unresponsive, taking days for a response. They put me in contact with their customer relations manager, who again, takes several days to respond, doesn't understand the issue, and has an attitude. Although they claim that they can install an after market windshield, they invalidated the use of my warranty and are unable to provide me any documentation that the proper calibration was done. This is a serious safety issue. Someone had said that they installed an aftermarket windshield without the proper calibration, and her car had a false alarm while driving on the freeway by an underpass, causing her car to abruptly brake. Luckily, she didn't get rear ended. In short, please don't buy a car here and tell everyone you know. It's not worth it, there's so many other Toyotas out there that will provide so much better customer service, proper documentation for your car, and want your business. The Toyota of Anaheim folks aren't trustworthy or reliable. It's not worth it. The windshield replacement will cost us thousands of dollars. Because Toyota of Anaheim cut corners to install an aftermarket windshield, invalidate the warranty, is incapable of providing strong documentation for the vehicle, and says that not be responsible for the repairs for their own doings, I strongly recommend you take your business somewhere else. It's not worth the headache, money, and time to purchase from there. The best they could do is give us $250 credit towards the repairs at a sister dealer. Yeah.. like I said totally not worth buying a car here. Take your business somewhere else, where you can trust them and know you'll be in good hands - because it definitely won't be here at the Toyota of Anaheim. I've owned Toyotas my whole life, and I'm extremely disappointed in the customer service at the Toyota of Anaheim. I'm never ever coming back to purchase a vehicle and I hope others learn from this review. More
My daughter is away at college in Orange County and needed to take her Prius in for an oil change. We had taken it to Toyota of Anaheim before I felt they tried to guilt her into getting services she needed to take her Prius in for an oil change. We had taken it to Toyota of Anaheim before I felt they tried to guilt her into getting services she didn’t need. But she felt more comfortable waiting here so she gave them a second chance and brought the Prius in for another needed oil change. This time she dealt with a service technician named Anthony. I was very happy to hear that she was treated fairly. Repairs covered under warranty were found and taken care of and the price of the oil change and tire rotation was a bit pricey but doable. Thank you, Anthony, for being fair and transparent with my daughter. Exactly what a mother wants to hear when she’s not there to help. More
