I’m glad I chose this dealer to trade in my car. I wasn’t happy with my car officially because of my interest and high monthly payments. Online buyers be aware, they will treat you like a second class customer. I called Toyota of Anaheim to purchase a truck they had listed on their website. The sales person, Daniel P. informed me they have ha class customer. I called Toyota of Anaheim to purchase a truck they had listed on their website. The sales person, Daniel P. informed me they have had the truck for a long time and would soon send it to auction. I told him I would like to buy it on a Thursday, but didn’t hear back from him. On Friday I called and spoke with their sales manager, Hector. He was very nice and knowledgeable, I told him I would like to buy the truck and he told me he would get the documents drafted up. On Saturday I called again and he told me things had changed, there were other people interested in buying the truck so I would have to wait until Monday to see if it was still available. I called the general manager, Josh Irvine, multiple times and left a message, but he could not be reached. Later that day they called me to tell me they had sold it to one of their employees and it was no longer available. Bottom line, if you are purchasing online, they will not treat you like a valued customer, they will prioritize others before you even if you preceded them in inquiring More
