I when in for service and all 4 breaks replacement on my 2021 camry well I was told by the service adviser Rico it would take about 4 to 5 hours he told me to han out in the dealership well they fo the whol 2021 camry well I was told by the service adviser Rico it would take about 4 to 5 hours he told me to han out in the dealership well they fo the whole service on the car. When I came back to pick up my car at 5:30pm and I see that they didn't do the oil change and they only change the breaks. I then ask the service guy Rico what happened how come theydidnt do the oil change and didn't check one off the doors that's not locking properly, he then said oh we didn't have the time to check how are they not able to complete the full service on my car if the car was their since 10:00am till 5:30pm, he was also very rude when I ask how come only one thing was done on the car. But since he was more concerned about making he's money he only did the breaks not happy with the service More

Elcer was more than amazing! I was actually down the street at a different dealership and the guy helping me out there was your typical shady dealer. Elcer had perfect timing. I had originally told Elcer I was going to be there to check out a car but was running late from the first dealer. He called to follow up. I felt so bad for being late as I lost track of time and Elcer was so friendly and easy to talk to so I left and went to see him. Elcer was patient, understanding, and didn’t pressure me into purchasing the car. I felt right at home. Well, I actually did purchase the car haha with Elcer’s help. My son-in-law bought a truck here 7 months ago, and has yet to receive the registration. 7 Months! He has made numerous phone calls, and even drove all the way to deal with this is person, only to be lied yet to receive the registration. 7 Months! He has made numerous phone calls, and even drove all the way to deal with this is person, only to be lied to. He has been told that he will receive his registration "in 2 weeks" for the past 2 months. Turns out, the title got sent to the wrong dealership but no one ever bothered to find out who bought the truck to get it to them. My son-in-law has to keep on them to do their job. This dealership is very large and really doesn't care about it's customers. They did provide a rental car since he does not have a valid registration for his truck, and they had the audacity to ask him to drive from Oceanside to Fullerton to pick it up. He pushed back and they were suddenly able to make the rental arrangements in Oceanside. I feel sorry for the vulnerable people they screw over who aren't able to advocate for themselves. We're going to Toyota of Irvine for our next purchase. This place is shady, dishonest, unethical and incompetent. More
