Over Labor Day weekend they bought my Priu last decade and had a stellar experience both times. They are straight shooters and stand by their word. Over Labor Day weekend they bought my Prius Prime and it was an unbelievably smooth process. It only took 15 minutes at the dealership. The price they quoted over the phone was exactly what they paid me and very fair. A special shout out to David, who handled the sale, as well as manager Erik, who made sure the payment went through smoothly. These guys are honest, diligent, and amazing overall. Came in for services but was informed that the system is down due to hacker. Signed a paper authorization form instead. A few days later, I found out I was charged twice (for the same amount). I contacted t down due to hacker. Signed a paper authorization form instead. A few days later, I found out I was charged twice (for the same amount). I contacted the dealership for a solution and got informed that they will take care of it right away. It was NEVER resolved. Filed a dispute with credit card company instead. What a mess…. More
