I’ve been coming to this Toyota dealership for years, and to be honest, my experiences have been pretty terrible across the board—poor customer service, lack of communication, and a general sense that they d to be honest, my experiences have been pretty terrible across the board—poor customer service, lack of communication, and a general sense that they don’t really care. Recently, I was waiting for a callback for an entire week and even called the dealership multiple times to figure out what was going on, but no one ever got back to me. Then, I met Niko, a new sales and service employee, and he completely turned things around. Unlike everyone else, Niko actually listens and takes the time to understand my concerns. Anything he’s promised, he’s delivered on within 24 hours. He’s the only one who has properly followed up on all my questions and made sure I fully understood everything without trying to upsell me or rush me off. Niko’s approach is a complete contrast to what I’ve experienced before and is the only reason I’ll consider returning to this dealership. More
