Just wanted service done but if U dont stand up 4 ur right service attendant gives you attitude Attitude only changed after complaining to service manager (the big white guy who was very nice and acc right service attendant gives you attitude Attitude only changed after complaining to service manager (the big white guy who was very nice and accommodating and stated he will talk to person involved ) I donnot want arguments or fight with anybody I just want good service at times they give u so many excuses we are very busy etc etc overall i will go somewhere else More

We secured a deal with Fernando and Jeremy. Both of them were so lovely to speak with. Also want to appreciate Fernando for his great communication throughout the process while we were waiting for the car to arrive to the dealership. When we came in to sign the paperwork, There were quite a few hiccups that occurred, but would still rate the experience five stars because every person we spoke to corrected the mistakes made quickly and without a fuss. Love the Toyota Anaheim will be back here hopefully for car number number 2 when we’re ready! More
