The Service Department was not able to fix the problem I have with the Navigation Syztem in my car (which, of course was an additional cost when U bought the car). I now have in operable Nav System ! More

I would be pleased to speak with you at your convenience during this next week as I would like to get my Navigation System operating before taking 3 out of state road trips in the next two months. The system worked like a dream since I bought the car until a few weeks ago. I was more than a little perturbed when the service tech said "it worked perfectly with I phone but sometimes there is a glitch with Android." I do not intend to buy a new phone or convert to a new system when I'm sure a Japanese car manufacturer made their automobiles to be compatible with their phone system.
