I want to especially thank Shane Stanley in Sales and Mr. Ferando Najera at Financing for an incredible experience. Both were amazing. Finally, a dealership with employees with a strong foundation in honesty, transparency, integrity, and solid values. I declined the drive test, and it was honored. I was offered lunch, but graciously declined. I noticed that the delivery fee would be $395 based on my zip code, but a free delivery was offered. I can't tell you how much this free delivery meant to me as I'm a single father and wanted to surpise my son, but the logistics of bringing back the car were going to be complicated. I sincerely appreciate Shane for personally driving and delivering the car to my home over 100 miles away on the same day it was purchased. More power to you Toyota of Anaheim.
